Everything you need to know about using our products and services.
Effective Date: November 2025
NETVEXA Ltd. ("NETVEXA", "we", "us") provides secure connectivity and related services. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NETVEXA Ltd. is registered in England & Wales. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Use of NETVEXA services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service immediately.
Services are for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
Services and digital credits (VX) are delivered immediately upon purchase. By requesting immediate delivery you acknowledge and agree that you waive the cooling-off withdrawal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for the delivered digital content. All purchases and VX credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
NETVEXA services must be used lawfully. You must not use the Service to:
Resale, sublicensing or commercial redistribution of NETVEXA services without explicit written permission is prohibited.
We apply fair usage controls. NETVEXA may limit bandwidth, restrict traffic, or suspend accounts where usage adversely affects the network or other users.
Device/connection limits may apply per subscription tier. NETVEXA may enforce limits to maintain network stability.
NETVEXA complies with UK data protection law (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018). We are registered with the ICO.
No Activity Logs: NETVEXA does not record browsing activity, connection destinations, DNS queries, traffic contents or historical IP logs. We retain the minimum account metadata required to provide services (account identifiers, subscription status, VX balance and limited non-identifying telemetry such as aggregate bandwidth totals for operational purposes).
Because we operate a no-logs policy, we cannot supply browsing or connection records that we do not hold.
NETVEXA will comply with valid UK legal orders to the extent of the limited account data we hold. We cannot produce usage logs or connection histories we do not retain.
Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available". Except where law requires otherwise, NETVEXA expressly disclaims all warranties (express or implied). To the fullest extent permitted by law, NETVEXA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or any damages arising from third-party services or interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breaches of these Terms, for security reasons, or to comply with legal obligations.
NETVEXA does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or access to particular websites or platforms. Performance depends on many factors beyond our control (your ISP, routing, remote server limits).
NETVEXA may automatically apply updates or configuration changes to improve security or performance. By using the Service you consent to such updates.
You are responsible for all activity originating from your account. Network access through the Service is attributable to your account and may be legally traceable to you. NETVEXA disclaims liability for actions you take that contravene law or these Terms.
We may provide configuration files for third-party clients. NETVEXA is not responsible for the security, stability or operation of third-party software or the policies of external websites and services.
VX credits are account credits with no cash value. They are non-transferable and non-refundable unless expressly stated. VX credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise specified.
NETVEXA is not responsible for data charges, roaming fees or other costs charged by your ISP, mobile operator or other connectivity providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
